APM 4+0/4+2 - Flexography - Printing Machine

The flexo-printing machines APM have been designed for printing onto the all kind of artificial casings with using of the central drum. The machines have from 4+0 up to 4+2 printing sections i.m. that is possible to print 4 colours from one side and 0-2 colours from the other side of the casing. The construction machine speed is possible to set continuously in a range up to 250 m/min (depends on type) by changing the speed of the main drive.

• Drying – DBK – two separate circuits with a temperature regulation
• Corona system VETAPHONE from the both sides
• Anilox rollers ZECHER
• Sleeves POLYFLEX – inside diameter 114,708 mm (or another on a request)
• Clamping pneumatic adapters – FIFE-TIDLAND
• Printing section 3 + 4 and from the other side – with – with Rakel knifes
• Moving of colour supports – pneu-cylinders with a position fixation
• Possible also cutting device for labels (SPILKER)
