APM 8+8 UV - UV-flexo-printing machine
Application
The UV flexo-printing machine APM 8+8 UV has been designed for printing onto the all kind of artificial casings with using of the central drum (CID) with a turn-bar. The machine has 8 printing sections i.m. that is possible to print 8 colors from one side and 8 colors from the other side of the casing (on a half of CID). The construction machine speed is possible to set continuously in a range up to 150 m/min (depends on type) by changing the speed of the main drive.
The machine is equipped by an open ink units (are possible also closed Rakel – Doctor-Blade chambers) and also with UV-drying (IST). Cooling of the CID is a part of delivery too as well as the Inspection Video System.
